Refused service as a new customer because I moved into town after being serviced by another Jeep dealer. Issue is the car had 100k miles on it and instead of asking its service history just refused service and canceled appointment.
Dealership Response now clearly states in their policy that not all Jeep dealerships who are certified to work on Jeeps, most have technicians that are not responsible. I'll be happy to take my business somewhere else.
Spoke with Rob in service and interested in bringing in Jeep for service. Extremely gruff as was just trying to understand why same day possible at another Quirk location and not Marshfield location. He hung up phone on me. It appears I’ll be driving farther to dealer with good customer service. Looks like a lot of positive reviews so perhaps just having a bad day, but sounds like they are struggling with volume of work.
Extremely Disappointing Experience at Quirk Ram
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Quirk Ram, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating encounters I've had with a dealership. The lack of respect and customer service I received was truly disappointing.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this dealership had a serious issue with customer service. The service department gave me the run-around, making it incredibly difficult to get a straightforward answer about the ongoing issues with my vehicle.
What was even more shocking was when they attributed a vehicle problem to its color, suggesting that "it is what it is" because the car was white. This kind of excuse is not only absurd but also insulting to customers.
The communication was another major problem. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back, but it only happened after several reminders or when I visited the dealership in person. This lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable.
Overall, my experience at Quirk Ram showed a complete lack of respect for customers and a disregard for their loyalty. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive needs. This dealership's attitude towards its customers is simply unacceptable, and I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to make much-needed improvements.

My original sales experience 3 years ago was fantastic. Fast, low pressure, completely helpful and honest Sales rep and manager. Went in recently to purchase my leased car after talking directly with Chrysler Financial and getting a payoff doc from them. Showed up with the full pay off amount and document from them that stated "take this to your original dealership for purchase" in font all over it. The sales guy said "they're lying I don't know why they told you to come here we can't help you". Couldn't have pushed me out the door faster presumably because I wasn't purchasing a new car and he wanted NOTHING to do with helping. He was as rude, curt, and arrogant as you get. Would have be a customer for years until this experience. Chrysler Financial couldn't believe it when I told them the story they're working with another dealership to process the sale instead now. Seems like something has changed based on other recent reviews in regards to their Sales leadership and team.

I recently called in about a 2020 Ram 2500 Black Widow that I had purchased in a different state. The service department told me they would not start a “relationship” with my truck. Guess whom won’t be buying an auto from Quirk in the future. Ironic since I recently bought a Genesis as well from a Quirk dealer.
